Consider some of the uses of the Sway Stick. 1) Use on the ground as an extra long alignment rod. 2) Angle the stick as a swing plane reference. 3) Insert in the ground outside either leg to prevent sway or indicate a good turn through the shot. 4) Angle the stick so the end is in front of your forehead or beside your head to determine if you sway, dip, stand up, come off the ball, etc. All in all, the product is a good value for the versatility it provides..
